Names, which Allah taught to Adam, are the main subject of this book. The book shows that man’s weakness lies in his inability to come up with unique names that distinguish the things he uses. After the advent of Islam, the word “name” flourished and benefited the Arabs and other nations. The book highlighted the inconsistencies in terminology, and the error of translating the word “science”, which indicates some knowledge in English, to a name that means all knowledge in Arabic.
